Noble Solutions journey began in 1999. A group of astute professionals running a Corporate Management business calculated that up to 40% of every employees time is lost searching for information. In a typical SME employing 200 people, as many as 80 people can spend all day, every day, looking for files and information. That represents a massive, unacceptable loss of productivity and income.
The search for a solution began. Few delivered effective information and process management functionality for SMEs; most were priced beyond the reach of all but the large multi-nationals.
An in-house development initiative was launched and Cygnet ECM was born. The business professionals at the heart of this initiative implemented Cygnet ECM throughout their own SME business. They benefited greatly from the use of a digital archive, which was accessible 24/7 by all employees, customers and suppliers, regardless of their location.
The product evolved and word spread. Cygnet began helping other SMEs with paper-intensive processes and geographically dispersed operations to manage information and day-to-day processes more effectively. So the adventure began, and today Cygnet ECM is used by more than 150 companies in 20 countries around the world.
